Grotta

The magical lighthouse Grótta is located in the Westernmost part of Reykjavik - Seltjarnes. The little island where the lighthouse is located partially disappears with the tides. Make sure you visit the lighthouse on an ebb tide otherwise you might get stranded! Checking the tides is easy and we are happy to help you out. 

The lighthouse is often not open to the public; if that's the case you can enjoy Faxafloi Bay and Cityscape Reykjavik. There you will find many special birds only found in Iceland.
